50 Days until #Hersheypark2018

We're 50 days out from a sweet summer at The Boardwalk!

We're officially at the 50 day mark for the opening of our two summer attractions at The Boardwalk at Hersheypark and we couldn't be more excited. The opening of Breakers Edge and Whitecap Racer promises a fun-filled summer and we wanted to share new constructions photos with you- as well as a drone video! Our construction teams are working through the snow and cold as construction on our 14th coaster - Breakers Edge - and the longest mat racer in the world - Whitecap Racer - has continued over these past few chilly months.

On Aug. 8, we were thrilled to announce plans for not one, but two new attractions for 2018 in The Boardwalk at Hersheypark. We shared monthly construction updates in September, November, and December, and our 100 day story in February!

Construction continues on both Breakers Edge and Whitecap Racer as colorful tubes have been added into position and concrete is being poured! Both rides weave through The Boardwalk so every parkgoer can get a sense of how sweet these are! We know guests will be just as excited to ride these two magnificent water attractions as we are!
