150 Days until #Hersheypark2018

As we prepare to end 2017, we're so excited to share the progress made on our 14th coaster - Breakers Edge℠ - and the longest mat racer in the world - Whitecap℠ Racer! 

On Aug. 8, we were thrilled to announce plans for not one, but two new attractions for 2018 in The Boardwalk at Hersheypark. We shared monthly construction updates in September and November and this is our biggest yet!

Since our last update, structural steel went up quickly, the stairs were built for Whitecap Racer with the tubes assembled throughout the Boardwalk and the flumes for Breakers Edge were assembled and fit into place.

Most dramatically, the saucer turns are now connected as highlighted in our aerial photo, giving you a sense of the thrills this water coaster will bring to The Boardwalk at Hersheypark.
