Preview of February 2020 Activities at ZooAmerica

Guests Can Enjoy Discounted Admission on Fridays in February

February is an extra sweet month to visit ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park, an 11-acre walk-through zoo that cares for more than 200 North American animals. For one, many of the animals that reside outdoors in the Zoo are often more active this time of year. Guests often see the gray wolves running in their exhibit; hear the river otters "talking" to each other; watch the snowy owls perched in a tree; and so much more. Also, the Zoo is offering a sweet ticket discount and fun activities throughout the month for families to enjoy.

Fantastic Fridays

Every Friday in February, guests can enjoy 50% off regular and junior/senior admission when purchasing tickets at ZooAmerica. Parents looking for a fun, kid-friendly winter activity to beat cabin fever should consider taking advantage of this sweet in-person offer.

Chocolate Themed Treats

ZooAmerica is joining the rest of the destination in celebrating Chocolate-Covered February with some fun chocolate themed animal enrichment activities. Guests can watch the Zoo naturalists give chocolate-themed treats to certain animals every Saturday in February at 1 p.m. Each weekend will feature a different animal*.

  • February 1: Gray Wolf
  • February 8: Bobcat
  • February 15: Mountain Lion
  • February 22: Black Bears
  • February 29: Canada Lynx
