Hersheypark Open Daily
Don’t let summer pass you by without a visit to Hersheypark!
Hersheypark amusement park is open daily in August for coaster rides, water park splashes and delicious eats with the family. Tickets include more than 70 rides weather and maintenance permitting, plus access to The Boardwalk At Hersheypark water park. The 11-acre water park located inside Hersheypark with one million gallons of water is the ultimate place to beat the summer heat this month. Hours vary by day.
Final Weekend of Breakfast with the Characters at The Chocolatier
Join us Aug. 5 and 6 for the last weekend of Breakfast with the Hershey Characters at The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio for the summer! Kickstart your Hersheypark day with a delicious breakfast buffet and specialty cocktails alongside your favorite characters. Breakfast begins at 8 a.m. and lasts through 10:30 a.m. each day; reservations are required. Character availability varies by day. Hersheypark Season Pass Holders can receive their Pass Discount.
Adults (ages 12+): $34.95
Kids (ages 3-11): $24.95
Children 2 and under are free.
Celebrate National S’mores Day
National S’mores Day is Aug. 10, and there’s no sweeter place to celebrate than Hershey, Pa. Hersheypark is celebrating the national holiday for an entire week with sweet s’mores treats offered throughout the Park from Aug. 7-13. Other s’mores-themed eats found throughout Hershey include S’mores Waffles at STACKS at Hershey Lodge, the Campfire Duo dessert at Harvest at The Hotel Hershey, the S’mores Fondue Crock at Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar in downtown Hershey and more. Celebrate National Roller Coaster Day
Guests should mark their calendars for a sweet day of celebration at Hersheypark in August, with National Roller Coaster Day on Aug. 16! If you plan to visit on National Roller Coaster Day (or really any day this month), follow our roller coaster route guide to conquer all 15 coasters at Hersheypark.
Daily Activities at ZooAmerica
ZooAmerica is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. this month for guests to explore the wild of our North American continent. Visitors can join the Zoo team for special activities happening each day throughout the 11-acre North American Wildlife Park. You may get the chance to encounter animals up close, meet with an educator and even observe an animal training, feeding or enrichment activity - all included with your admission. Check the daily schedule in the Admissions building on the date of your visit for activity locations and times.
Regular admission for guests ages 9-61 is $15 plus taxes and fees. Juniors and seniors are $13 plus taxes and fees. Children 2 and younger are free. ZooAmerica is included in the one-price admission to Hersheypark when entering the Zoo from the bridge inside Hersheypark during posted Park hours. Please note that ZooAmerica and Hersheypark hours vary.

Concerts are heating up in The Sweetest Place On Earth! From country to rock and alternative, there’s no shortage of good music this month at Hersheypark Stadium and GIANT Center.

Showgoers interested in riding coasters during the day and enjoying entertainment at night can take advantage of the Hersheypark event ticket special. It is available for purchase at Ticketing Services only with proof of an event ticket on the day of, the day before or the day after an event for $56.95.

Fall-Inspired Treatments Return To The Spas in Hershey
It’s never too early to plan for fall relaxation!
