Wild Game & Mushroom Menus Return to Hershey Lodge

In honor of fall hunting season, the culinary team at Hershey Lodge is excited to offer Wild Game & Mushroom menus at two of its restaurants for a limited time Nov. 7 through Nov. 20. 

Guests who visit Revelry Chophouse, Bar + Patio or Fire & Grain can experience a variety of unique seasonal flavors with wild game and mushrooms incorporated into a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts available for purchase a la carte. Regular restaurant menus will also be available. 

Revelry Chophouse, Bar + Patio

Revelry Chophouse, Bar + Patio is the perfect setting for a night out and serves classic and contemporary chophouse fare. Their Wild Game & Mushroom menu will feature the following appetizers, entrees and desserts: 


Whiskey Glazed Bison Meatballs

Wild Mushroom Ricotta Toast


Pan Roasted Duck Breast

Grilled Venison Chop


Lemon Olive Oil Cake 

Revelry is open Wednesday - Sunday from 5-10 p.m. Reservations are available online

Fire & Grain 

Fire & Grain offers guests innovative menus in an engaging atmosphere filled with gathering tables, a fire wall and full-service bar. The Wild Game & Mushroom menu will include the following items:


Porcini Crusted Venison Carpaccio

Roasted Mushroom Flatbread


Duck & Mushroom Pappardelle

Orange Balsamic Glazed Quail

Pan Roasted Rabbit


Sweet Potato Creme Brulee

 Fire & Grain is open for dinner daily from 5 -10 p.m. Reservations are available online
