The three-weekend event on April 2-3, 9-10, and 15-17, 2022, kicks off the 116th operating season at Hersheypark.

Event hours for Springtime In The Park are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Insider Tip: Take advantage of the preview plan included with every ticket. Guests can present their tickets at the main entrance before their full-day visit if Park is open the preceding day) to enjoy two free extra hours of fun. Guests at The Official Resorts Of Hersheypark can enjoy three hours the night before their full day. Please note that seasonal events do not include Sweet Start, which begins on May 26.

Springtime In The Park features more than 40 rides, weather permitting, including family favorites like the Ferris Wheel, which turns 25, and thrilling attractions like Skyrush, which celebrates its 10th anniversary. Learn more about the Hersheypark ride anniversaries in 2022 here.
Tickets also include photo opportunities with Hershey Characters outside Chevrolet Music Box Theatre from 12-6 p.m. and visits to ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park only by accessing the zoo through the Hersheypark bridge during posted park hours.

Milton's Ice Cream Parlor will debut a Lemon Raspberry Warm Ice Cream Sandwich, Gyro Hot Dog, Mediterranean Grilled Cheese and Bavarian Soft Pretzel.

Hersheypark is now cashless in an effort to create more convenient retail and dining experiences for guests. All major credit cards, Hersheypark gift cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay will be accepted.
In place of cash, guests should consider purchasing an e-gift card before their Park visit. Guests who arrive at the Park with cash only can convert cash to prepaid debit cards at five Cash-To-Card kiosks throughout the Park at no fee. Prepaid cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. They cannot be reloaded or refunded.
Guests will need to purchase a separate Gaming Card for games, which they can load via cashless payment at an in-Park Gaming Card kiosk.
- A Hersheypark e-gift card is an easy option accepted all over the Park from a barcode on your mobile device.
- There are no fees to convert cash to a prepaid card at a Cash-to-Card kiosk inside Hersheypark. There are also no fees to use the prepaid card inside or outside of Hersheypark. You can load up to $500 onto a single prepaid Visa card but prepaid cards are not reloadable. Prepaid cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
- Our roaming food and beverage carts will still accept cash as will The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio.
- For school trips, we recommend parents purchase an e-gift card or a single use meal deal valid at 12 locations with entrée, side and drink
Parking Deals Online
General parking for Hersheypark is $20 when purchased on Hersheypark.com/tickets/add-ons compared to $25 in person at the parking booth. RV parking is $40.
Insider Tip: Guests of The Official Resorts Of Hersheypark receive free front-gate shuttle service to the exclusive resort drop-off location.
Guests can save on 1-day tickets to Hersheypark when purchased online with our current offer.
Tickets purchased during this sale will be valid on any 2022 public operating day from April 2, 2022, through Jan. 1, 2023. This means guests can save on tickets now and use them during Springtime In The Park, Summer, Hersheypark In The Dark or Hersheypark Christmas Candylane.
Insider Tip: Consider purchasing 2-day tickets as they are the best value and do not need to be used on consecutive days. A Season Pass is the best option for three or more visits this year.
