Thousands of Tulips in Bloom at Hershey Gardens

Visitors can see 27,000 tulips in 47 varieties this weekend

It's tulip time at Hershey Gardens, as 27,000 tulips in 47 gorgeous varieties are now in full bloom for all to enjoy!

Visitors can see the tulips during normal operating hours daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. But, hurry! Given the weather, the tulips are not expected to last long.

Tulips first appeared at Hershey Gardens as a seasonal display to welcome spring in 1942—and they have been a tradition ever since. This year’s display showcases unique varieties with contrasting colors from pink with yellow to purple with orange.

Tunes in the Tulips

Saturday, April 20, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Visitors to Hershey Gardens on Saturday, April 20, can also enjoy local musician and Hershey resident Ray Costanzo as he plays his guitar and ukulele among the tulips! Ray’s music includes country, folk and originals. Please note that the event is weather-permitting and subject to cancellation.

Tickets can be purchased online at HersheyGardens.org or at the door upon arrival.
