Hersheypark  Opens on March 29

The return of coaster rides is here! Hersheypark amusement park will kick off its 118th season later this month on March 29, 2024 - the earliest to date. Guests can enjoy eight fun-filled spring weekends of rides, coasters, Hershey Characters, King Size Shakes, Zoo visits and so much more!

New this spring, thrill seekers can embark on new ride experiences for two iconic coasters - Comet and Skyrush. 

• Comet, the oldest continuously operating coaster at Hersheypark, features a new out-of-this-world design and new seats for the next generation of riders. 
• Skyrush is upgrading its flight to first class with all-new seats and restraints. Passengers will board Skyrush from a reimagined station platform featuring an all-new paint scheme, lighting effects and custom soundscape.

Now is the best time to purchase tickets or a Season Pass with the Best Price Of The Year offers. Guests can save more than 40 percent on 1-day tickets to Hersheypark when purchased online through March 17, 2024. Tickets purchased during this sale will be valid on any 2024 public operating day from March 29, 2024, through Jan. 1, 2025. Season Passes are available for purchase on a 7-month payment plan starting at less than $23 per month.

Hersheypark is now hiring for its 2024 season! Individuals interested in working in The Sweetest Place On Earth can apply, interview, and get hired on the spot at an in-person hiring event on Saturday, March 2 from 9-11 a.m. at Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor at Hersheypark. 

Applicants are encouraged to view available positions, apply and RSVP in advance via this link or at Hersheypark.com/Jobs. 

Roles are available in the following departments: 

• Attractions / Ride Operator
• Lifeguard
• Food & Beverage 
• Sanitation and Utilities 
• Ticketing and Guest Experience

Our recruitment team members will assist attendees with the application process, and interview and hire qualified candidates on the spot. Part-time team members receive many company perks, including free admission to Hersheypark and free parking to Hersheypark Entertainment Complex events, discounts on retail and dining outlets, flexible schedules and more! 

Each newly hired team member will immediately receive a special discount on retail merchandise at Hersheypark Supply Co. and a sweet scoop of ice cream, compliments of Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Cheer On The Hershey Bears

The push to the 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs is on for the Hershey Bears! The defending Calder Cup champions and the AHL’s most decorated franchise are in first place and host four games in the month of March, featuring great promotions and giveaways.

For the club’s Saturday, March 2 game against Utica, all fans in attendance will snag a Bears drawstring bag, courtesy of Penn State Health.

On March 16, the Bears host the Syracuse Crunch for GIANT Pennant Night, in which the first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a Bears pennant, courtesy of GIANT. The following night, Hershey welcomes the Hartford Wolf Pack to town for Hersheypark Pass Night - all fans in attendance will receive a 2024 Hersheypark ticket, valid for one-day admission through June 30, 2024.

Finally, the Bears close out their home schedule for the month on March 26 against the Providence Bruins on Toyota Mike Vecchione Bobblehead Night, when the first 4,000 fans in attendance will receive a Mike Vecchione bobblehead, courtesy of Toyota.
