The Hotel Hershey Summer Dining Guide 2023

The summer season is in full swing, and the chefs at The Hotel Hershey have been busy cooking up delicious new dishes that pair perfectly with the new season. With brightly colored ingredients and beautiful presentations, the work of the Hotel's culinary team is some you won't want to miss.

Explore some of the new additions to the menus at The Circular, Harvest and Trevi 5 below, and get ready to dine at The Hotel Hershey this summer!

The Circular 

The Hotel Hershey's flagship restaurant features the fresh, new flavors of an iconic American dining experience, reimagined. At The Circular, enjoy small plates and drinks at the circular-shaped bar or an intimate meal overlooking the property's beautiful Formal Gardens. This summer, the restaurant's menu includes such dishes as the Hudson Valley Fois Gras Mousse, Butter Poached Halibut, Lobster Toast and Lemon Basil Dessert. Or, if you're looking for something chocolatey, order the Textures of Chocolate for Two.  Seasonal cocktails like the Elder Flower Margarita and Mango Caipirinha are also available. 

Harvest

Inspired by local and regional ingredients, Harvest offers delicious farm-to-fork creations perfect for the whole family. Summer entrees include Grilled Swordfish, Farmer's Green Salad and the Bell & Evans Pan Roasted Chicken Breast. Don't forget to save room for the Warm Blueberry Buckle, Strawberry N' Cream Jar or Campfire Duo for dessert.

Trevi 5

Featuring a fresh, authentically modern Italian dining experience, Trevi 5 offers a contemporary twist on traditional Italian cuisine. Summer menu items include Arugula & Prosciutto Pizza, Shellfish Tagliatelle, Pan Seared Tilefish and Ricotta Pistachio Cheesecake. Or, sip on a refreshing summer cocktail like the Blood Orange Sunset, Italian Margarita and Veranda Lemonade on their lovely outdoor patio overlooking Hershey, PA.
