Places to See Santa in Hershey: 2020

Santa Photos at Hersheypark, Hershey's Chocolate World and The Hotel Hershey

While the 2020 holidays may look a little different this year, one thing will never change - Santa is a huge part of Christmas in Hershey! Bring the family and pose with Santa for a memorable photo at these three locations:

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane

Santa is making a special stop at Hersheypark Christmas Candylane this year as part of an all-new experience in the Chevrolet Music Box Theatre. Santa will be available for a social distanced photo opportunity with families similar to our character experience, with a safe distance between guests and Santa in a decorated environment.

In lieu of telling Santa a wish list, children can drop off a letter for Santa with an address for his reply.

Guests can also get an up-close look at all nine of Santa’s reindeer, including Rudolph, in Santa’s Reindeer Stables.

A ticket and reservation to Hersheypark Christmas Candylane are required. Guests must wear face coverings at all times, including for photos. Guests will enter and exit one way through the Chevrolet Music Box Theatre with indoor capacity carefully monitored and markers indicating the appropriate distance between families.

Christmas at The Hotel Hershey

The Hotel Hershey

Guests of The Hotel Hershey can find Santa at the resort this holiday season on weekends Dec. 4-20. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for social distanced photos with guests in a meeting room from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturdays and 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Sundays. Both Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be wearing masks and will be seated at a safe distance so guests can talk with them and share what is on their Christmas lists. Professional photographers will be on hand to take photos, which will be available for purchase. As guests exit, they will receive a small individually wrapped goodie bag from Santa's elves.

Guests must have an overnight reservation at The Hotel Hershey to participate. Masks are required and must remain on for photos. Social distancing and capacity protocols will be followed.

Christmas at Hershey Lodge

Hershey Lodge

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for socially distanced photos as part of a new Milk and Cookies With Santa experience for overnight  guests of Hershey Lodge between 5-8:30 p.m. on Dec. 12 and 19.  A professional photographer will be on hand to take photos, and individually wrapped cookies and hot chocolate will be served.

Capacity will be limited to allow for appropriate social distancing, and advance registration is required. Guests can sign up for a time slot at Kids' Check-In or by dialing 0 for Guest Services. Please be advised, face coverings are required in public areas on property for guests over the age of two.

Hershey's Chocolate World

Hershey's Holiday Chocolate House inside Chocolate World makes for the "sweetest" backdrop for photos with Santa. Bring the entire family and create a new holiday tradition! Santa will be available for a social distanced photo opportunity with families, with a safe distance between guests and Santa in front of the HERSHEY’S Holiday Chocolate House. Guests must wear face coverings at all times, including for photos.

There's a new elf school twist on Breakfast with Santa! Get in the spirit with an all-in-one show and warm buffet, complete with Santa photos, gifts from Santa, holiday cookie kit, Amazing Candy Machine experience, and 4D Chocolate Mystery show! Bring your letter for Santa, too – to put in his mailbox!

Masks and free timed entry pass required for all events. The maximum table capacity will be six people per table. Parties of more than six will be seated across multiple tables. Santa will be available for a social distanced photo opportunity with families, with a safe distance between guests and Santa in front of the HERSHEY’S Holiday Chocolate House. Guests must wear face coverings at all times when leaving their assigned tables, including for photos. In lieu of telling Santa a wish list, children can drop off a letter for Santa in his mailbox (letters also available on-site for those who forget!) For the 4D Chocolate Mystery show, an elf will assign times based on availability once guests are seated in the Food Hall to ensure safe social distancing in the theater.
