Milton Hershey School Students Share Artistic Talents

On the third floor of the Hershey Press Building, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) hosts a rotating display of historical information and company updates. The current display showcases artwork by Milton Hershey School (MHS) students. The collection features pieces from the MHS 2022-23 Juried Art Show by pre-K through 12th-grade students. The pieces include mixed media. To celebrate the talent of these students, HE&R hosted a ‘Meet the Artists’ red carpet event and reception. 

MHS President Pete Gurt and members of the HE&R leadership team greeted the students with cheers as they entered the gallery space. The students shared the inspiration for their pieces and their passion for creating art. A few students noted they wish to be teachers and include art in their curriculum.  Many of the students' teachers joined the celebration, and their pride was obvious. HE&R thanks the MHS students and staff members for helping us beautify our corporate offices. The tremendous work of these talented students inspires us daily, and we look forward to showcasing more artwork in the future.
