Enjoy Spring Fun At Hersheypark

Spring weekends mark the return of coaster riding season at Hersheypark! Throughout Easter weekend, guests can enjoy a variety of attractions from family friendly rides to thrilling coasters like Great Bear, which turns 25 this year and Fahrenheit, which turns 15. Tickets also include photo opportunities with Hershey Characters and visits to ZooAmerica when accessing the zoo from inside Hersheypark during posted park hours.

Hersheypark will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, April 7, and Saturday, April 8, and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 9. All rides are weather permitting and a reminder that the water park doesn’t open until Memorial Day weekend.

Visit ZooAmerica

A visit to the zoo is the perfect family activity for a beautiful spring weekend. ZooAmerica is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Easter weekend for guests to explore the wild of North America.

See a Broadway Show at Hershey Theatre

"Hadestown" brings a love story for the ages to Hershey Theatre with matinee and evening performances available throughout Easter weekend. Intertwining two mythic tales — that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone — "Hadestown" is a haunting and hopeful theatrical experience that grabs you and never lets go.

Cheer on the Hershey Bears

On Saturday, April 8, fans can cheer on the Hershey Bears hockey team as they take the ice against the Charlotte Checkers in one of their last home games of the season at GIANT Center. The game starts at 7 p.m. Watch as the Bears push for a spot in the 2023 Calder Cup Playoffs. Easter Fun at Hershey’s Chocolate World

Get in the springtime spirit with special activities at Hershey's Chocolate World Easter weekend. Guests can visit the Easter Bunny alongside their favorite Hershey's characters and participate in a Spring Cookie Decorating Workshop, where they can design and decorate their own spring-shaped cookies. The Easter Bunny is available select dates through Easter, including Friday, April 7  and Saturday, April 8 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The workshop is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Saturdays and Sundays through Easter.

Guests can also participate in a Chocolate & Wine Pairing Experience at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. April 8 and 9, where they can enjoy decadent chocolate desserts paired with popular wine varieties.

Easter Sunrise Service and Spring Blooms at Hershey Gardens

Welcome Easter by attending a free non-denominational service by the Hershey Ministerium at Hershey Gardens from 6:30-8 a.m. on Easter morning. Gates open at 6 a.m.; guests are required to exit by 8 a.m.

Easter-Themed Chocolate Labs at The Hershey Story Museum 

A visit to The Hershey Story, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue, is a great way to learn about the life and legacy of our founder Milton S. Hershey, the town he created, and the lives he touched. Guests visiting on Easter weekend can enjoy 45-minute Easter-themed Chocolate Lab classes at the museum, which explore the distinctive qualities of chocolate through playful, hands-on experiences and interactive demonstrations. During these classes, guests can try their hand at chocolate pouring and decorating, and of course, taste their take-home chocolate creations. Classes offered throughout the weekend include Egg-citing Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Bird Nests, Marshmallow Bunny Tails and Spring Bar.
