1. Visit Hersheypark
Open Daily; Hours Vary
Coasters, characters and King Size shakes are calling at Hersheypark amusement park! Pennsylvania's largest amusement park is open daily this August with more than 70 rides and attractions. New this summer is Twizzlers Twisted Gravity, the world's tallest Screamin' Swing, and Twizz's Twisted Trivia show inside Chevrolet Music Box Theatre. Other entertainment offerings that come with a ticket include daily Hershey Character meet and greets and Our Friends From The Sea shows featuring seals and sea lions.
2. Celebrate S’mores Week
Monday, Aug. 4 through Sunday, Aug. 10
National S’mores Day is Aug. 10, and Hersheypark celebrates the national holiday for an entire week with sweet s’mores treats offered throughout the Park like, the S'mores King Size Shake, S'mores Burger with Chips and S'mores Funnel Cake.
3. Celebrate National Roller Coaster Day
Saturday, Aug. 16
Guests should mark their calendars for a sweet day of celebration at Hersheypark in August, with National Roller Coaster Day! 4. Big Time Rush at Hersheypark Stadium
Friday, Aug. 1 at 7 p.m.
The 2025 tour will give fans exactly what they’ve long asked for – the band will play every song from every episode of their hit Nickelodeon show, many of which have never been played live. Rushers will finally get to revisit their favorite moments from the show, plus many more surprises. Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman, also known as Jo and Gustavo on the show, will be joining the band as support on all tour dates, making for an epic reunion.
5. Chris Brown at Hersheypark Stadium
Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 7 p.m.
Two-time Grammy-winning global R&B superstar Chris Brown announced his “Breezy Bowl XX Tour,” a summer stadium run across North America and Europe. The trek will feature two R&B powerhouses and multi-platinum artists Summer Walker and Bryson Tiller.
6. Outlaw Music Festival at Hersheypark Stadium
Saturday, Aug. 9 at 3:45 p.m.
Willie Nelson, Mark Rothbaum, Keith Wortman, Blackbird Presents and Live Nation announced the Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour, which will include a visit to Hersheypark Stadium. This year marks the festival's 10th anniversary.
7. Volbeat at GIANT Center
Saturday, Aug. 16 at 7 p.m.
Danish rock band Volbeat announced their return to the road with the “Greatest Of All Tours Worldwide.” The upcoming tour coincides with the launch of their ninth album, “God Of Angels Trust.”
8. Jonas Brothers at Hersheypark Stadium
Sunday, Aug. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
The 43-date run promises a one-of-a-kind experience for fans — with dedicated sets from every chapter of Jonas, including Nick Jonas & the Administration, Nick Jonas’ solo career, Joe Jonas’ solo work, and DNCE — all leading up to an unforgettable headlining performance from the Jonas Brothers. Marshmello will join the tour for the 10 iconic stadium shows.

9. Daily Activities at ZooAmerica

Unwind on the veranda at The Hotel Hershey for live jazz music, sweet views, cocktails and light shareables available for walk-up service. The outside bar opens at 6 p.m. Live music begins at 7 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 21; 6 to 8 p.m.
Guests can bring their favorite snacks, beverages, lawn chairs and blankets to Hershey Gardens as they enjoy music among the roses in the Historic Hershey Rose Garden. Music will be provided by the Anthony Haubert Quartet featuring Mikayla Shirley.
