Harvest at The Hotel Hershey is inspired by local and regional ingredients, offering a fresh take on American cuisine. The team in the Tavern at Harvest has been hard at work this winter, experimenting and creating new cocktails exclusively for the winter season. With offerings such as Napoleon's Oversight (their twist on a White Russian), a classic Champagne Cocktail and a Vanilla Framboise (found on the dessert menu), you're sure to find a reason to toast!
