2nd Annual Chocolate Sculpture Revealed!

This Chocolate-Covered February, visit Hershey's Chocolate World Attraction and you'll find a life-sized likeness of Milton S. Hershey crafted entirely out of Hershey's Milk Chocolate! Because - what better way to embody its true spirit than to create a sculpture of the company's founder himself?

If you followed along late in 2017, you know that Hershey's Chocolate World turned to fans and visitors to help choose the model for the second annual chocolate sculpture. Far and away the fan favorite, Milton Hershey was victorious over his Reese and Kiss Product Character contenders - and the plan to craft his 5-foot frame was set into motion.

Pennsylvania-based artists Jim Victor and Marie Pelton, who also created last year's Hershey's Product Character sculpture, worked for 200 hours to design, construct and perfect their work of art, using 200 pounds of Hershey's Chocolate!

The sweet result is a tribute to the kind spirit whose legacy as the founder of The Hershey Company began with his mission to make people happy. And so he did through - fittingly - chocolate. But Milton Hershey's success is also defined by the community he built around his chocolate - in schools, hospitals, and a foundation for the greater good.

Learn more about this pioneer's inspiring story when you visit the sculpture throughout Chocolate-Covered February. A sculpture photo opportunity is included with the Chocolate-Covered Journey, a food and drink tasting experience!
