ZooAmerica Summer 2025 ZooCamp Registration Now Open

ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park today announced that registration for ZooCamp 2025 is now open. The popular summer camp at the 11-acre zoo in Hershey, Pa., is geared toward children of all ages, from preschool through high school. The Zoo offers more than 20 weeklong camp sessions from June 9 through Aug. 8, 2025. 

The ZooCamp sessions feature a wide variety of activities catered to each age group:

• Preschool (Ages 4-5): An animal-themed story, a craft, a snack, an up-close look at one of our animals and a short walk in the zoo
• School-Age (Grades 1-6): Animal encounters, cool crafts, guided zoo walks, lively discussions and more
• Middle School (Grades 7-9): Shadow naturalists during their opening routine in the morning, make enrichment activities for select animals, construct conservation projects and more
• ZooCrew I and II (Grades 10-12): Anatomy and classification, animal handling, family presentations, enrichment lesson and project, falconry presentation, exhibit design, veterinary experience, zoo careers discussion, conservation initiatives, nature-inspired crafts, a field trip and more

Plus, ZooCamp will include a visit to the Aquatheatre inside Hersheypark amusement park to meet the Ocean Connections seals and sea lions.

ZooCamp sessions range in price from $205 to $475 per participant depending on the age group and session selected. ZooAmerica Pass Holders and 2025 Hersheypark Season Pass Holders receive a discount on registration. 

Parents and guardians interested in enrolling their children in ZooCamp can register online now. Registration fills up quickly, with some sessions already full for 2025.
