Where to See Santa in Hershey for Christmas 2023

Christmas in Hershey is full of millions of lights, family-friendly rides at Hersheypark, cozy nights at The Official Resorts of Hersheypark and the best hot chocolate in the world. And of course, Santa is a huge part of the holiday season in The Sweetest Place On Earth!

Bring the family and pose with Santa for a memorable photo at these locations between now and Christmas.

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane

Santa is making a special stop at Hersheypark Christmas Candylane as part of an interactive experience nightly through Dec. 24. 

Santa will be available for a photo opportunity with families in an outdoor decorated environment under the Founders Way Pavilion during all operating hours through Dec. 24. Meet our cheerful crew of elves that will spread festive joy in our cozy winter wonderland, and get your wish list ready before snapping a memorable photo.  The photos are available for purchase.

Guests can also find Mrs. Claus in the same location for an all-new Mrs. Claus Dance Party, available at select times through Jan. 1, 2024. Please check the Hersheypark app for show times.

Additional Options

Looking for another unique family photo backdrop? The iconic Hershey characters are available inside the Chevrolet Music Box Theatre for a heated experience. Plus, guests can get an up-close look at all nine of Santa’s reindeer, including Rudolph, in Santa’s Reindeer Stables through Jan. 1, 2024. 

A ticket to Hersheypark Christmas Candylane is required. Guests can buy tickets online and save when purchasing them on Hersheypark.com. 

Hershey's Chocolate World 

Visitors can bring the entire family to see Santa in the World's Largest HERSHEY'S Candy Store! New this year, in celebration of its 50th anniversary, Hershey's Chocolate World has created an extra special set: a tour ride car sleigh in front of their biggest, sweetest HERSHEY'S Holiday Chocolate House! Photos are available select dates through Dec. 24. Please see the full schedule for dates and times.

Other special opportunities include Decorate with Mrs. Claus and Holiday Character Appearances where guests can take photos with their favorite HERSHEY'S Characters and Dr. Seuss's The Grinch, dressed in holiday style.

Hershey Gardens

Hershey Gardens welcome the holidays with a variety of family-friendly activities, including appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus on select dates. On Sunday, Dec. 10, guests can visit with Santa in the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Then, mark your calendar for Saturday, Dec. 9 and 16, when guests can join Mrs. Claus for story time from 11 a.m. to noon. Both experiences are included in general admission.

Additional Options

Visitors of Hershey Gardens this holiday season won't want to miss the Christmas Tree Showcase, where guests can enjoy 11 beautifully decorated trees by local artists on display in an indoor winter landscape. A 14-foot white poinsettia tree provides the perfect photo op, too! Included in general admission, this experience is available daily through Jan. 1 (excluding Christmas Day). Breakfast with Santa at The Chocolatier

Families can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet at The Chocolatier with hints of chocolate, kids' activities, and lots of holiday family fun alongside Santa and a few of his festive elves. View the menu.

Breakfast is available from 8-10 a.m. select dates through Dec. 24. The cost for adults (12+) is $34.95. Kids (3-11) are $22.95, and children 2 and under are free.  Prices do not include tax and gratuity.

Breakfast with Santa at The Hotel Hershey

Guests staying overnight at The Hotel Hershey can celebrate the holidays with a breakfast buffet in the beautifully decorated Fountain Lobby and enjoy a photo opportunity with Santa from 9-11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through Dec. 17. Breakfast with Santa is available for overnight guests only, and reservations are required.

Photos with Santa at Hershey Lodge

Overnight guests of Hershey Lodge won't want to miss a special visit from Santa on Saturday, Dec. 2, 9 and 16. Guests are invited to Cocoa Terrace Patio to watch Santa arrive in style by firetruck at 7 p.m., followed by photo opportunities indoors until 9 p.m. Guests can enjoy hot cocoa and cookies, and a professional photographer will be available with family photos for purchase.
