Unique Game, Mushrooms and Wine Pairings

This time of year, the culinary team at Hershey Lodge sources flavorful mushrooms and unique game such as venison and wild boar for a special autumnal treat. Fire & Grain, The Forebay and Hershey Grill’s “Wild Game & Mushroom” menu specials are an annual tradition as the harvest from this season produces rich flavors that chefs adore.

The menus feature a selection of six small plates and dessert. For $34, diners choose their three favorite small plates, plus dessert.

Each restaurant also offers suggested wine pairings to add to the experience. Kevin O’Brien, the food & beverage director at Hershey Lodge, chose wines that are balanced with a good finish, but not overpowering.
