Try new fall flavors on the menu at The Hotel Hershey

The chefs at The Hotel Hershey have been cooking up some amazing autumn-inspired dishes this season. And if you haven't tried them yet, now is the time. 

Here's a look at what you can find on the menu at The Circular, Trevi 5 and Harvest this fall.

The Circular

The Circular, the Hotel's flagship restaurant, features the fresh, new flavors of an iconic American dining experience reimagined. This season, you can find unique flavors for every taste on the menu from Black Sea Bass to Espresso & Cocoa Crusted Venison to Grapefruit & Jicama Salad. Other new additions to the menu include Celeriac & Potato Pave, Pistachio Dusted Duck Breast and Roasted Fig & Radicchio Salad.

 

Trevi 5

Trevi 5 offers a fresh, modern dining experience with a contemporary twist on traditional Italian cuisine. In addition to a variety of pizzas and pastas, you can also find Wild Mushroom Stuffed Chicken and Butternut Squash Hummus on the menu this fall, as well as the addition of two desserts: Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake and Ricotta Stuffed Baked Pear. YUM!

Harvest

Inspired by local and regional ingredients, Harvest offers a fresh take on American cuisine, perfect for the whole family. The fall menu features a number of new appetizers and salads, including Braised Beef Short Rib Loaded Potato Skins, Mom & Pop's Pierogies and Asian Pear & Salt Roasted Beet Salad, plus new entrees, such as Pan Seared Duck Breast and Pork Roulade. And, of course, we can't forget about dessert. The Caramel Pecan Brownie, Chocolate Stout Shooter, Cinnamon Apple "Pull-Apart Bread" and Peanut Butter Blossom Shooter are calling your name! (And, yes, they're as delicious as they look.)
