The Hotel Hershey partners with Troegs for 4-course beer dinner
From 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 at the Hotel's Harvest restaurant, guests will enjoy delicious pairings crafted by the Hotel's award-winning chefs, including Pan-Seared Sea Scallops with Troegs' Hop Knife Harvest IPA, Roasted Root Vegetable Bisque with Troegenator Double Bock, Braised Groff's Pork Shank or Beef Short Rib paired with JavaHead Stout, and for dessert -- Peanut Butter Swirl Cheesecake with Dream Weaver Wheat.
This special dinner is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Harvest's regular dinner menu will not be available.
