See What's On The Menu At Fire & Grain - New at Hershey Lodge

When planning a trip to Hershey, PA, it’s easy to get hung up on the chocolate–and with good reason. It’s everywhere, and it’s the best. But, there’s so much more to dining in Hershey than just letting your sweet tooth run wild! Hershey restaurants are true destinations for foodies and families alike, and now there’s a new one in town. Fire & Grain recently opened at Hershey Lodge, and it was #1 on our list of things to do during our last visit to The Sweetest Place on Earth.

Fire & Grain features gathering tables, a fire wall, and a full service bar. The menu is rich with re-mastered comfort foods like Baked Seafood Mac & Cheese and Crispy Fried Oyster Toast with bacon, asparagus and horseradish béarnaise. Small plates feature classics with a twist, like a modern Deviled Egg Trio, and the flatbreads go casual with Buffalo Chicken or a little more daring, with Prosciutto, Fig and Balsamic.

Attire at Fire & Grain is resort casual. Complimentary valet parking available at the main Hershey Lodge entrance, located off University Drive.

If you’re interested in cocktails, you’ll most definitely find the Hershey restaurant mainstays, including the Hershey’s™ Kisses™ Signature Chocolate Martini(there are caramel and peanut butter versions, too!) But I really got excited when I saw the Seasonal Specialty Cocktail Collection. I opted for the Cucumber Mint Fizz, but the Barrel-aged Negroni and Bartlett Pear Cosmo are on my list for next time.

You just can’t beat a cocktail menu with lots of cane syrup and fresh, muddled herbs.
