Preview of Comedians Coming to Hershey in Fall 2021

Ever just need a good side-stitch-inducing, tears-streaming, knee-slapping laugh? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Five comedians coming to Hershey Theatre and GIANT Center this year — John Cleese, Brian Regan, Ron White, Bill Maher, and Sebastian Maniscalco — are sure to make you laugh out loud.

John Cleese on Oct. 9

Enjoy an evening of humor with the “One and Only” John Cleese as he examines the dysfunctional world we live in and “Why There Is No Hope.” The English comedian specializes in satire, sketch comedy and surreal humor. With some of the greatest comedic hits in the last forty years, Cleese will make for a memorable night.

Cleese heads to Hershey Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m.

Brian Regan on Oct. 15

Critics, fans and fellow comedians agree: Brian Regan is one of the most respected comedians in the country with Vanity Fair calling Regan, “The funniest stand-up alive,” and Entertainment Weekly calling him, “Your favorite comedian’s favorite comedian.” Having built his 30-plus year career on the strength of his material alone, Regan’s non-stop theater tour continuously fills the most beautiful venues across North America, visiting close to 100 cities each year.

Regan will perform at Hershey Theatre on Friday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m.

Ron White on Nov. 6

Ron “Tater Salad” White, for over 15 years, has been one of the top growing stand-up comedians on tour in the country. The cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman has now traded his signature scotch drink for a glass of tequila. The masterful storyteller, who has been touring nearly nonstop since the Blue Collar Tour phenomenon, shows no signs of slowing down.

White will take the stage of Hershey Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 8 p.m.

Bill Maher on Nov. 14

For more than twenty years, Bill Maher has set the boundaries of where funny, political talk can go on American television. Maher started his career as a stand-up comedian in 1979, and still performs at least fifty dates a year in Las Vegas and in sold out theaters all across the country. Maher’s combination of unflinching honesty and big laughs have garnered him 41 Emmy nominations.

Maher will return to the stage at Hershey Theatre on Sunday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m.

Sebastian Maniscalco on Nov. 26

Currently on the road with his new “Nobody Does This Tour,” Sebastian Maniscalco announced over 15 arena dates for the second leg of the blockbuster tour, including a stop at GIANT Center in Hershey. With so many new experiences and observations to draw from this last year, Maniscalco is eager to share his comedic perspective with the masses. Vulture said, "[Maniscalco] built a tremendous fan base the old-fashioned way: one joke at a time, one audience at a time."

Maniscalco will make his debut at GIANT Center on Friday, Nov. 26 at 8 p.m.

All guests regardless of vaccination status are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings inside Hershey Theatre and GIANT Center. Guests are free to continue to wear face coverings anywhere on property if they choose to do so.
