Each of us has our own unique ways of celebrating, whether it is baking something special or going to a familiar event that you have been to every year, these traditions define the holiday season. We asked our communications team to share their favorite holiday traditions in Hershey, PA.
Going to the Tran-Siberian Orchestra has become a holiday tradition for me. I love the music and the show always puts me in the Christmas spirit.

We always make it a point to visit Hersheypark throughout the holiday. With two young children, seeing the excitement and joy in their eyes when they meet Santa and his reindeer, rejuvenates the magic of Christmas in us all.-Melissa Stradnick
I go to Hershey's Chocolate World every year to buy Christmas gifts (Chocolates, candies, pajamas, ornaments, etc.) for my friends and family who are not in the area. I like to give a little "Hershey" in my presents!
-Sara Sitler
I love go to The Hotel Hershey at the holidays. They have gorgeous decorations and I usually pick up a few presents in the shops there too!
-Kaylee Dugan
When my boys were young I always took them to Hersheypark Christmas Candylane and while we were there we would take a photo for our Christmas card every year.
-Kathy Burrows
We pick a weeknight during December and my husband, my kids and I put on our Christmas pajamas and take a drive through Hershey Sweet Lights, we sing Christmas songs and love looking at all the beautiful light displays.
-Lindsay Oparowski
I like to set aside a weekend before Christmas to bake cookies. A lot of them are from family recipes, but I also like to check out Hershey Sweet Recipes to try something new: One of my favorites is the Mudslide Cookies from Hershey Lodge. (Get the recipe)
