New Iberian Lounge whiskey menu features 100+ whiskeys from around the world

Since 1934, The Hotel Hershey has been creating hand-crafted cocktail specialties for its guests to enjoy. Continuing that tradition today, the Hotel's Iberian Lounge is now offering a brand new whiskey book, featuring a menu of over 100 whiskeys from around the world.

The Hotel's Food & Beverage Director, John Daly, got the idea for the whiskey book from one he saw while traveling in Ireland. Spirits are a big trend with millennials, he said, and by creating a book with descriptions of such a broad variety of whiskeys from countries, including Ireland, Scotland, France, Canada and Japan as well as the United States, the Hotel could create both a unique and educational experience for guests.

The Hotel Hershey Food & Beverage Team spent two years acquiring more than 100 whiskeys before releasing the Iberian Lounge's whiskey book in June. One of the largest whiskey collections in the region, the Iberian Lounge whiskey book has something for everyone, from whiskey novice to connoisseur, that can be enjoyed either neat or in a hand-crafted cocktail.

The last page of the menu features a private selection of hard-to-find whiskeys, including one-time releases, small batches, single barrels and even a limited edition that was batched and barreled in 1977. Due to the limited release of some of the products, availability may be limited.

In addition to whiskey, the Iberian Lounge serves signature chocolate cocktails, craft brews, wine and lite fare that guests can enjoy by the warm and inviting fireplace. The Lounge also hosts live music on Saturdays from 8-11 p.m.
