New for #Hersheypark2018: The Swirl King Size Shakes!

Over the weekend, my son and I headed up to Hershey The Sweetest Place on Earth!for a little R&R! We just couldn’t resist going to check out the new additions to Hersheypark Amusement Park for 2018. There are new water attractions at The Boardwalk at Hersheypark, the Play DomeSM Arcade was renovated, new entertainment and shows added… and of course, new FOOD! Now we are definite fans of the King Size Shake available at Simply Chocolate in Hersheypark. So when we heard that Hersheypark opened The Swirl in Founder’s Way, offering King Size Shakes as well, we knew we had to give one a try!
If you have a sweet tooth like me, Hersheypark is beyond awesome when it comes to finding a tasty treat. As we entered Founder’s Way, I immediately spotted The Swirl sign displaying their new offerings. These sweet delights looked like the perfect afternoon treat!
As we finished up our busy morning, we made our way back over to The Swirl to pick out a King Size Shake. The Swirl offers vanilla shakes, with either chocolate, strawberry, or caramel swirl added. While all looked quite enticing, my son picked out the strawberry shake (mostly because I think he really wanted that chocolate strawberry on top!).
The shake comes with two chocolate covered pretzels topped with sprinkles, same as the Simply Chocolate King Size Shakes. Sprinkles adorn the rim of the cup as well, and in the middle you’ll find that delicious chocolate covered strawberry!
My favorite topper on the strawberry shake though is the piece of pound cake! And if you are able to dip it into the shake… DELISH!
