Hersheypark to Open Two New Dining Experiences on April 2, 2021

Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor and The Sweeterie Confectionery Kitchen Located In Hershey's Chocolatetown

Hersheypark amusement park today announced that Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor and The Sweeterie Confectionery Kitchen will open in the new Hershey’s Chocolatetown region on April 2, 2021, as Hersheypark kicks off its 115th season. These new dining experiences are inspired by the vision of chocolate entrepreneur and founder Milton S. Hershey.

Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor - Opening April 2

Milton's Ice Cream Parlor is inspired by Mr. Hershey's early ventures in sweetness that came before his famous chocolate factory. Expert Ice Creamologists will craft custom creations from 100% local dairy house-made ice cream, Hershey’s candy toppings, decadent sauces, and more.

Guests can choose from more than a dozen house-made ice cream flavors, including Candymonium, Reese's Peanut Butter, Toasted Marshmallow, Graham Coaster Station, and Malted Memories (Spartan ice cream hand-crafted by Milton Hershey School students) to name a few.

There will be a Create Your Own Sundae Bar for guests to select 3 scoops of house-made ice cream, unlimited toppings, fresh whipped cream and a cherry. A variety of other sundaes are also available for purchase including the King Size Sundae served in a souvenir Hersheypark dish with 5 scoops of house-made ice cream, confetti cake, unlimited toppings, fresh whipped cream and a cherry.

Other offerings include a "warm" ice cream sandwich with two chocolate brownies heated with vanilla ice cream in the center, drizzled with Hershey's chocolate syrup and dusted with powdered sugar; chocolate, strawberry and vanilla milkshakes; an orange crush ice cream soda float with a Twizzlers straw; and a root beer ice cream float.

Those looking for a savory option can grab a bite from the shareable menu featuring housemade potato chips, buckets of fries and chicken bites in Hersheypark souvenir buckets served with a choice of dipping sauces like beer cheese, smokehouse BBQ, chocolate mole, garlic parmesan, and more. Other savory menu items include a Signature Grilled Cheese with parmesan-crusted sourdough bread; Chicken N Waffles, one of Mr. Hershey's favorite dishes; and more!

The Sweeterie Confectionary Kitchen - Opening April 2

The Sweeterie is an all-new confectionery kitchen located in the new region of Hershey’s Chocolatetown. Guests will experience a curated collection of mouth-watering confections including chocolate-dipped treats, decadent desserts, signature hand-crafted fudge, and more.

Guests can sweeten up their visit with Hersheypark-theme treats, including the Comet coaster bar, Kissing Tower mousse cake and Chocolatetown cheesecake. Other menu items include a toasted s'mores pop, caramel marshmallow skewer, mega cookies made with Hershey's candies, Reese's Pieces minis dipped pretzels, caramel and chocolate dipped apples, housemade fudge, and more.

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio will open Memorial Day Weekend. The largest restaurant in Hershey features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second story patio with a bar.
