Everything You Need To Know For A Sweet Campground Stay in Hershey, PA
With over 55 acres of emerald hills, Hersheypark Camping Resort is a year-round camping facility in Hershey, Pa., that has welcomed guests since 1963. With more than 300 open and shaded sites, including 50 cabins, two tiny homes and full and partial hook-up sites, the campground offers something for everyone.

Your Arrival
Whether you're staying in one of our cabins, tiny homes, parking your RV or pitching a tent along the creek, you're in for a sweet camping experience at Hersheypark Camping Resort. Here are a few things to know for your arrival.
What to Bring
In addition to all of your camping supplies, cabin guests are asked to please bring their own supply of linens, pillows, blankets, towels, personal items, dish soap and kitchen linens (such as dish towels and hot pads).
What Not to Bring
Outside firewood is not permitted to be brought into the campground. However, once you arrive, you can purchase firewood at our Country Store.
Drive Slow
As you pull into the campground, remember to drive slowly. For the safety of children at play, the speed limit throughout the campground is 5 ½ mph (in inches, it's the size of a Hershey's chocolate bar!)
Check-In/Check-Out
Upon arrival, check-in at the front desk located inside Historic Landis Barn. Check-in is after 3 p.m. for all campers, and check-out is at 11 a.m. for cabins and 1 p.m. for campsites.

Amenities
Each site features a picnic table and fire ring for family cookouts and most importantly, s’mores! Additional campground amenities include free WiFi, restroom and shower facilities, self-service laundry and a country store that sells firewood, s’mores supplies, coffee, sweet souvenirs and more. RECREATION & Activities
Once you're settled in, take advantage of our campground's on-site recreation and activities. Our campground offers a number of on-site facilities, including an indoor game room, multiple playgrounds, a community s'mores area, shuffleboard and basketball and volleyball courts. Please note: Guests are asked to supply their own sports equipment.
On select spring weekends, the campground offers family-friendly activities. Schedules are posted online in advance for your planning purposes.

In downtown Hershey, visit Houlihan's Restaurant + Bar and Devon Seafood + Steak. Or, for some chocolate-infused delights, check out The Chocolatier – a full-service restaurant, bar and patio open year-round in Hershey's Chocolatetown at Hersheypark. The restaurant features a Fun to Table menu showcasing classic family fare with hints of chocolate. The restaurant accepts reservations, and a Hersheypark ticket is not required.
