Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar Debuts Downtown
Full-Service Restaurant Combines Bold Flavors and Signature Cocktails with Interactive Darts
Hershey Entertainment & Resorts newest dining experience, Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar, is officially open. The full-service restaurant and bar serves chef-crafted entrees, iconic smash burgers, wings with signature Hershey’s sauces, over-the-top desserts and more.
Occupying the former Houlihan’s Hershey, the reimagined 8,000 sq. ft. space is just steps from the iconic intersection of Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue. The new restaurant now offers 261 seats, designed to accommodate guests from couples to families and larger gatherings. The expanded bar area features a wraparound bar, high-top seating and shared seating, 19 TVs throughout the restaurant, and interactive darts and trivia, creating a premier destination before a show at Hershey Theatre or events throughout the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.

Opening Acts, Headliners & Encore
Our menu highlights chef collaborations that have resulted in crave-worthy food with Hershey-inspired innovation. Guests can start with shareables such as the Taste of Hershey Wing Trio, featuring crispy wings tossed in signature crafted sauces. The main course headliners range from the Social Braised Short Ribs and Smash Burgers to a fresh Mediterranean Grilled Salmon Salad. For the encore, the recommended desserts include Reese’s Take5 Piecaken and the Sundae Spectacular, featuring Chocolate Brownie made with Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa, Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pie, Milton's Vanilla Ice Cream and Malted Memories Ice Cream, SkinnyPop Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Popcorn, a maple waffle, and more.
“Our menu is a celebration of Hershey, featuring everything from our signature Taste of Hershey Wing Trio to iconic smash burgers and the show-stopping Sundae Spectacular, combining the best of ice cream, popcorn, waffles and brownies,” said Executive Chef Chris Emlet. “We wanted to create a balance of nostalgic favorites and innovative new dishes, like our Hot Honey Fried Cauliflower and Social Braised Short Ribs, that pair perfectly with our handcrafted cocktail program and social atmosphere.”
Handcrafted Cocktails, Signature Martinis & Zero Proof Beverages
The cocktail menu features a variety of handcrafted cocktails and signature martinis, such as the iconic Hershey’s Kisses Signature Chocolate Martini and Chocolate S’mores Bourbon. For those seeking variety, guests can enjoy a flight of vibrant martinis including the Berry on Broadway, Crimson Crush, and Lavender Haze, or share a pitcher of the Downtown Long Island. The program is rounded out by zero proof beverages, such as the Zesty Mock-arita.
Signature Cocktails & Happy Hour
Hershey Social is excited to introduce an appealing daily happy hour. Guests at the bar, darts or high tops can enjoy half-off select appetizers, featuring favorites like the Margherita Flatbread and Edamame Potstickers. The drink specials include $3 off all drafts, $8 selection of handcrafted cocktails, $4 house wines and $6 well drinks or zero-proof creations, plus exclusive $6 Bloody Marys on the weekends. Happy Hour runs Monday-Friday from 4-6 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from 1-3 p.m.
Unique Dart Offerings
Hershey Social is bringing a first-of-its-kind experience to downtown Hershey. Guests can engage in TV trivia played directly from their mobile devices or reserve a bay for an all-new, high-tech darts experience. The two premium dart boards utilize state-of-the-art vision board technology, allowing for customizable skill levels, pre-programmed games and instant replays. Each session is 80 minutes and accommodates up to six players. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online ahead of time. The semi-private dart room features full access to the food menu along with dedicated beverage and cocktail service. To celebrate the grand opening, for a limited time, guests can enjoy $10 off darts.
