Hershey Lodge restaurants release 2018 Wild Game & Mushroom menus

Wild Game & Mushroom menus are back!

This fall, to celebrate hunting season, the Hershey Lodge culinary team has once again crafted special menus at three of its restaurants, each featuring wild game and mushrooms.

Each menu will take your taste buds on a journey as you explore a variety of rich flavors from fall dishes, such as Grilled Elk Loin, Red Wine Braised Boar, Smoked Duck and Chantarelle Mac and Cheese, and even Hoisin and Citrus Glazed Alligator Ribs!

So, here's how it works. 

From Oct. 26 to Nov. 19, guests of Hershey Grill, Fire & Grain and The Forebay will have the opportunity to select three small plates and a dessert from the menu for $34. An optional wine pairing is also available this year for an additional $18.
