Photo tour of Hershey Gardens' stunning tulip display

Tiptoe through the tulips, virtually

With spring's arrival, we’d like to share some of nature’s beauty to help bring a spot of light to these difficult times. The spring blooms at the Hershey Gardens showcase some spectacular color, including the vibrant display of more than 24,000 tulips as well as perennials, flowering trees and shrubs and more. Sit back, scroll through and enjoy.

A cherry tree was coming into bloom, shooting out a froth of sugar-pink blossoms. She could see from its size and the gnarled branches that it was a mature tree, yet still capable of putting on such a wonderful show.

A new beginning every spring, even from an old tree.
Maggie Alderson, “The Scent of You”
Flowers are the music of the ground. From earth’s lips spoken without sound.
Edwin Curran

The beautiful spring came; and when Nature resumes her loveliness, the human soul is apt to revive also.
