Hershey Entertainment & Resorts to Open Mellow Mushroom in Fall 2027
New Restaurant With Stone-Baked Pizza will be First of Its Kind in Pennsylvania
Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) today announced it will bring Mellow Mushroom to Hershey, Pennsylvania, marking the stone-baked pizza brand’s first location in the state. Mellow Mushroom is slated to open in fall 2027 at 337 West Chocolate Avenue, in the heart of downtown Hershey. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will be owned and operated by HE&R.
Mellow Mushroom in Hershey will serve hand-tossed, stone-baked pizzas alongside shareable munchies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, smash-style burgers and sweet treats. The restaurant will pair Mellow Mushroom’s retro-psychedelic atmosphere with playful nods to Hershey’s chocolate legacy and hometown history. The restaurant, conveniently located on Chocolate Avenue, will offer dine-in, take-out, and delivery options with popular delivery services.
