Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Expands Its Board of Directors
Hershey, PA – December 1, 2022 – Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company (HE&R) announces the addition of Jennifer M. Prince to its Board of Directors, expanding the organization’s Board to seven directors.
Currently, Jennifer serves as Chief Commercial Officer for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League and is responsible for all brand and media partnerships and sponsorships. Before her role with the Los Angeles Rams, Jennifer spent more than eight years at Twitter, Inc. in several leadership positions focused on global content partnerships and media and entertainment.
In addition to her tenure with the Los Angeles Rams and at Twitter, Jennifer’s career spans more than 25 years in digital advertising, sales, content, and partnerships with Fortune 500 partners and agencies while working for Google, Demand Media, American Greetings Corporation, Ziff Davis, Inc. and Wall Street Journal.

Jennifer also serves on the boards of System1 (NYSE: SST), Versus Systems (NASDAQ symbol: VS), and Ghostcast. She has also held advisory roles for OpenSlate and SameSurf. Active in the community, Jennifer has been a longstanding supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She received the National Diversity & Leadership Technology Award in 2020. Jennifer earned her degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
