Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Celebrates 2024 Partners of the Year

HE&R Recognizes Team Members Across the Destination

Written by: Emily Strange

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) recently named its 2024 Partners of the Year at Town Hall meetings across several properties.

Throughout the 2024 calendar year, team members were nominated by their peers or supervisors for “Team Member of the Month” recognition for embodying HE&R's Core Values: Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team-Focused and Respectful of Others. Then, at the beginning of the following year, leaders at each property choose the team member who earns the distinction of being named “Partner of the Year.”

Congratulations to all nominees from The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, Hersheypark Entertainment Complex and Hershey Country Club, and please join us in celebrating the 2024 Partners of the Year!

As one of the first people on the floor to assist when needed, you can find her helping with table sets, flipping rooms and running items from place to place, especially on busy days. She has also helped the banquet and arrangements team and assisted culinary with plate-ups and dish out. We are so grateful for all Sarah does for our team and all team members across the property.”
