HE&R Celebrates 2022 Partners of the Year
Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Awards Team Members Across the Destination
Friday, March 24, 2023, was a day of celebrations as Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) 2022 Partners of the Year were announced at Town Hall meetings across several properties.
Throughout the 2022 calendar year, team members were nominated by their peers or supervisors for “Team Member of the Month” recognition and exemplify HE&R's Core Values: Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team-Focused and Respectful of Others. Then, at the beginning of the following year, leaders at each property choose the team member who earns the distinction of being named “Partner of the Year.” The winning team members receive a monetary gift and more!

Cole Pavlishin, Hershey Country Club
Cole's nominator says: “Cole is the ultimate team player. He brings a high level of energy to the job each morning that is infectious to his coworkers. In a year when we onboarded several new turf team members, Cole helped create a welcoming environment and provided top-level training and support to help them succeed.”
Judie Smith, The Hotel Hershey
Judie's nominator says, “Judie is a strong asset to our team and goes above and beyond with our guests to ensure they have a great stay. She has great camaraderie with all team members, including helping fellow employees adapt to HotSOS as we rolled out the program.”
Katie Hess, Hersheypark Entertainment Complex
Katie's nominator says: “Katie embodies the dedication and integrity of our founder, Milton S. Hershey… she is highly dedicated to animal welfare and ensuring that ZooAmerica stays up-to-date with best practices. She has been working to elevate animal welfare, expand sustainability and conservation efforts, and enhance the overall guest experience.”
