Whether you're local to central Pennsylvania or visiting from out of town, there is always time for relaxation! Put MeltSpa by Hershey on your list. Located in downtown Hershey, Pa. at 11 E Chocolate Avenue, MeltSpa by Hershey opened on Sept. 12, 2017.
Before You Arrive
Make Appointments
MeltSpa by Hershey is known for its exclusive Hershey's Dark Chocolate Treatments including the Hershey's Dark Chocolate Sugar Scrub, Hershey's Dark Chocolate Body Wrap and Hershey's Sweet Hands & Feet Dark Chocolate Treatment. It also offers traditional and seasonal treatments as well as services that pay homage to Cuba, where Milton S. Hershey owned sugar mills from 1916 to 1946. There are many treatment types from which to choose, including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, manicures and pedicures, hair services and more.
If your schedule allows for a full or half-day to experience MeltSpa by Hershey, consider booking a package. Treatments are conveniently bundled for extreme relaxation. For example, the “Hershey's Dark Chocolate Renewal Package” includes the Hershey's Dark Chocolate Sugar Scrub, Hershey's 50-minute Cocoa Massage and Hershey's Cocoa Facial.
There are two ways to make appointments for MeltSpa by Hershey. Online, at MeltSpa.com, or with our team of knowledgeable reservations agents via phone at 855-500-2366. If you don't see a time or date available for your desired appointment online, it is possible that there is no more availability. You can always call our reservations team to confirm or look at a different date or time.
Complete the Health Questionnaire
If you have a printer, you can fill out our health questionnaire before your arrival to expedite the check-in process. If you are unable to complete and print before you arrive, it's ok! The team has copies available on-site.
On your spa day
Arrive early
As we mentioned, MeltSpa by Hershey is conveniently located in downtown Hershey, Pa. Complimentary parking is available at MeltSpa by Hershey and just a short walk away in the garage at The Hershey Press Building (27 W Chocolate Avenue). Check out the parking map here.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This ensures you have enough time to check in, complete and/or hand in your health questionnaire and pay. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your bill for all services and packages. The service charge will be distributed to the spa therapists and support staff who served you during your spa experience.

Relax before and after your treatments
Once you are checked in, a member of the team will escort you to the locker room. Here you can find showers and complimentary toiletries if you would like to freshen up before or after your treatment. You can store your items, change into a robe and slippers and make your way to the relaxation lounge. Your technician will find you there for your appointment, so you do not need to worry about the time! Enjoy water, an assortment of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, nut mixes and chocolate muffins and get comfortable before your treatment.
After your visit
Shopping
Before you leave the spa, be sure to peruse our retail area in the lobby for yourself, or someone special! Our favorite picks include Chocolate and Mojito Signature products and chocolate lip balm. The spa also sells a variety of makeup, nail polish, skin and hair care items and accessories.
Dining
Houlihan's Restaurant + Bar and Devon Seafood + Steak are located in The Hershey Press Building, a short walk from MeltSpa by Hershey.
