FUN FALL EVENTS IN HERSHEY, PA

Don’t be sad that summer is ending! There are new adventures to discover at The Sweetest Place on Earth! There's still plenty to look forward to in Hershey, PA. Take a look at this fun line-up and make some plans for a sweet escape.

Hersheypark - SeptemberThat’s right, the Summer Season still runs select dates through September (The Boardwalk at Hersheypark closes September 2nd). Check the Hersheypark calendar and plan a final summer getaway before the Fall Season really begins!

The Hotel Hershey Wine & Food Festival - September Not to be missed is The Hotel Hershey Wine & Food Festival. The Hotel Hershey's annual Wine & Food Festival returns for the 10th year Sept. 6-8, 2019. New this year are a rosé tasting class and a guided tasting with the first female winemaker of the year. Reservations are required for all events except the Grand Tasting and can be made by calling 717-534-8800. Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - SeptemberWhat could be better than seeing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory right in Hershey, PA? 'Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' is coming to Hershey Theatre for eight performances September 10-15, 2019, with various showtimes. Here's a little bit about the show: "Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is Hershey’s golden ticket, kicking off the Broadway season in the fall. Willy Wonka is opening his marvelous and mysterious chocolate factory…to a lucky few. That includes Charlie Bucket, whose bland life is about to sweeten with color and confection beyond his wildest dreams. He and four other golden ticket winners will embark on a mesmerizing joyride through a world of pure imagination. Hersheypark in the Dark - OctoberHersheypark in the Dark begins October 18th! Check out your favorite rides and all 13 coasters, experience a chocolatey trick-or-treat adventure, go for a walk on the wild side at ZooAmerica, try some festive fall food, and so much more! Plus, exclusively for Hersheypark In The Dark, experience lights-out rides on Laff Trakk, Wildcat, Comet, and Lightning Racer® coasters. A trick-or-treat trail with 13 spooky stops will be set up for children 12 and under throughout Treatville Trick-or-Treat Trail in Hersheypark, ZooAmerica and Hershey Hallow. Costumes are welcomed but not required to receive a free treat bag. Live entertainment will include 'Screaming Mummies,' a band of misfit mummies performing throwback Halloween tunes; a Hershey Characters Glow Dance Party; and performances from 'Our Friends from the Sea' on select dates and times.Festive food and beverage offerings, such as Pumpkin King Size Shakes, pumpkin funnel cakes and s’mores made with cookies and peanut butter cups, will be available for purchase Disney on Ice Road Trip Adventures - OctoberDisney on Ice has an amazing new show coming to Hershey this October.
