Bring Home a Piece of Hershey from Chef's Market

Earlier this summer, The Hotel Hershey welcomed Chef's Market, an all-day café featuring an array of tasty offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time. The newly imagined space, formerly the Cocoa Beanery, offers specialty coffees, teas, and freshly made food to be enjoyed at the café or on-the-go. Since this is Hershey, let's start with dessert and be ready to leave the property with lots of deliciousness, too! 

On a daily basis, Chef Cher and her team of talented pastry chefs create masterpieces that are showcased at Chef's Market. From chocolatey treats, Lemon Meringue bars, handmade gelato (yes, handmade onsite at The Hotel!), carrot cake slices, S'mores cupcakes, and so much more, it's a feast for the eyes! Enjoy a sweet at Chef's Market or take one with you. Friends, family, and neighbors will love you even more if you come home with delicious treats from Hershey! From the deliciously sweet, to the mouth-watering savory, Chef's Market offers breakfast options that include quiche, smoked salmon bagel, assorted egg sandwiches, yogurt parfait, chocolate croissant (you did not expect us to miss a meal with chocolate, did you?), and oatmeal. Plan your day over a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a morning roll. However you prefer to start the day in Hershey, our chefs have something for every taste. Breakfast is available from 7-11 a.m. 

Open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Chef's Market gives guests the opportunity to enjoy a meal anytime. Lunch/dinner is served from 11 a.m. to close. From hot sandwiches like Philly Cheesesteak to tasty salads including Cobb and Caesar to hummus, pasta, and flatbreads, our chefs have created a menu that will entice even the pickiest eater. With chicken fingers, mac-n-cheese, and even PB&J, our younger visitors will be satisfied, too. 

Missing the sinful, satisfying tastes of Chef's Market at home? Not to worry....our culinary team has created a number of delicious to-go items including granola, chocolate truffles, macarons, and chocolate cherry, rosemary focaccia, and walnut cranberry bread varieties. And don't forget to try the toffee candied cornflakes or the chia pumpkin seed brittle! Best of all, take home our famous caramels served at The Circular. There's also plenty of cookies, chips, whole fruit, and cold drinks to keep you properly fueled.
