Devon Seafood + Steak Hershey Appoints Executive Chef
Chef Ian Giusti Leads Back-of-House Team
A new executive chef is leading the team behind the fresh seafood and top-rated cuts of beef on the menu at Devon Seafood + Steak in Hershey.
Classically trained in French and Italian cooking, Chef Ian Giusti began his role on March 15 and brings valuable experience in all areas of the culinary field, including scratch kitchens, high-volume restaurants, fine dining, open kitchen concept, seafood and cafes.
Giusti is not new to the Hershey dining scene. He joined the team at Hershey Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar in 2012 as a line cook and gained valuable experience. Over the years, he has held positions including sous chef at Houlihan’s and chef tournant for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts’ Restaurant Group, which includes the management of Devon, Houlihan’s and the Cocoa Beanery location on Research Boulevard.
A Pennsylvania native, Giusti grew up in the restaurant business, working alongside his father in a professional kitchen. He has a passion for creating great food experiences and loves cooking for family and friends in his spare time.
