The Merriest Event of the Year in Hershey, PA
The holiday season is sweeter in Hershey, Pa., with Christmas Candylane, which is open to the public on select dates from Nov. 12, 2021, through Jan. 2, 2022, with daily operations starting Dec. 3 (closed Christmas Day). Hours vary by day.
The merriest event of the year at Hersheypark features more than 5 million twinkling lights, including the dazzling NOEL light show with more than 250,000 dancing lights synchronized to Christmas music. Guests can enjoy the light show from Skyview, a gondola-style ride over Spring Creek celebrating its 55th anniversary this year. Other family-friendly rides like Dry Gulch Railroad which marks its 60th anniversary in 2021, as well as thrilling coasters like Candymonium, are open weather permitting.
In addition to the lights and rides, guests can grab a signature hot chocolate to sip on while walking through TREEVILLE, an experience in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark with more than a dozen decorated trees sharing the stories of The Sweetest Place On Earth beginning Dec. 3. Don't forget to snap a photo with a Hershey Character during your visit!
Plus, Santa and his reindeer will be at Christmas Candylane. 2021 marks 25 years of Rudolph and his friends making a special stop at Hersheypark, the only place in the Northeast where guests can get an up-close look at all nine reindeer. It's a magical experience! The reindeer will be at Hersheypark during all hours of operation from Nov. 19, 2021, through Jan. 2, 2022.
