Celebrate New Year's Eve in Hershey!

Say so long to 2019 with a fun lineup of family-friendly activities throughout the day in Hershey, PA! Spend the morning with a wonderful array of North American animals at ZooAmerica. Open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Zoo residents thrive this time of year. Then head to Hersheypark Christmas Candylane, open from noon to 5 p.m., for delicious seasonal treats, 4 million holiday lights, Santa's (resting) reindeer, and more than 40 rides and attractions (weather pending). Hershey's Chocolate World Attraction starts the countdown to 2020 at 4 p.m. with activities until 9 p.m. Hop in the car and enjoy more than 600 holiday light displays through two miles of wooded trails at Hershey Sweet Lights, open from 5 to 10 p.m. If a nice dinner is your ideal New Year's Eve celebration, visit Dining In Hershey to make your reservation and review menu selections.

Downtown Hershey provides activities from 11 a.m. to midnight at Chocolatetown Square. Since 2005, New Year's Eve Hershey has delighted guests with a roster of free events culminating with the annual Hershey's Kiss raise at midnight. The Hershey Story, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue features a variety of activities throughout the day including Chocolate Tastings, Little Elves Workshop and "bubble-wrap stomps," weather permitting, on the patio. The First United Methodist Church features live entertainment, food and games from 7 to 10 p.m. Culinary vendors arrive near Chocolatetown Square at 9 p.m. with a variety of food selections.

Marking its 15th anniversary, New Year’s Eve Hershey presents “Rocking Through the Ages” with music from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Live entertainment on the main stage kicks off at 9 p.m. with The Mahoney Brothers present “Jukebox Heroes Live,” and continues with Pentagon from 10:30 – 11:55 p.m. The countdown to the new decade begins at 11:55 p.m. as the iconic Kiss is raised three stories above Hershey from the historic Press Building. At midnight, stunning fireworks welcome 2020 to The Sweetest Place On Earth! We wish you a wonderful and safe New Year's Eve celebration.
