Breaking Benjamin Coming to Hersheypark Stadium

(Hershey, Pa. – February 19, 2019 ) — Breaking Benjamin will perform at Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 5:30 pm as part of WQXA 105.7 the X Summerfest. The multi-platinum rock band Breaking Benjamin will be joined by Chevelle, Three Days Grace, Dorothy and Diamante.

Breaking Benjamin’s self-produced sixth studio album, EMBER debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 and marks the multi-platinum band’s fourth Top 5 debut on the Billboard Top 200, following 2015’s #1 debut for Dark Before Dawn (Gold), 2009’s Dear Agony (Platinum) at #4 and 2006’s Phobia (Platinum) at #2. EMBER spun off two #1 hits at Active Rock Radio with, “Torn In Two” granting the band their 9th #1 song while “Tourniquet” is currently #17 and rising at rock radio.

The wristband policy will be in effect for this concert. Fans are permitted on the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex property beginning at 7 am on Friday, February 22, 2019. Two hours prior to the on-sale, fans will be directed in front of Giant Center Box Office, where they will be issued a numbered wristband. Wristbands are available for one hour, and at the conclusion of that hour, a selected fan will randomly choose a wristband that will determine the line order. Once the line is in place, fans arriving after the wristbands were issued will be escorted to the end of the numbered line.

About Dorothy: Dorothy was built around Dorothy Martin, a singer who was born in Budapest but raised in San Diego. As a child, she started singing early and eventually made her way to Los Angeles. Rolling Stone named Dorothy one of the best 50 Best New Artists of 2014 and soon after, Dorothy was signed by Jay-Z's Roc Nation. Martin recently put together a new, high level, and powerful band including guitarist Owen Barry, guitarist Leroy Wulfmeier, bassist Eliot Lorango, and drummer Jason Ganberg. Dorothy is releasing their second full-length album 28 Days in the Valley on March 9th. The lead single "Flawless" is out on January 19th. The band is managed by We Are Hear and represented by Roc Nation.

About Diamante: The turquoise-trussed singer is having a breakout year with her debut album, Coming In Hot, featuring her latest single “Haunted”, which has surpassed 3 million views on YouTube and is climbing the Active Rock charts. She was also the featured vocalist on the #1 hit duet with Bad Wolves “Hear Me Now”, which was included in Billboard’s 2018 Year-End Hot Rock Songs Chart.
