A Pre-Spring Getaway at The Hotel Hershey

Perched atop the highest hill in Hershey, PA sits The Hotel Hershey, full of beauty and history. Built by chocolate magnate Milton S. Hershey, this luxurious property was built during the height of The Great Depression. Entering her 84th year, The Hotel Hershey offers guests a sweet pre-spring escape to help ease cabin fever.

Grab a drink and some bites

Earlier this month, we proudly reopened the Iberian Lounge after a month-long refresh. Highlights include a new entrance (which was actually the original entrance of the room in the 1930’s), fresh paint, comfortable oversized sofas, additional seating areas, new lighting and flooring. It’s the perfect place to relax with drinks and lite fare. Click here to see the full menu. We recommend a Hershey’s Martini or The Hotel Hershey Signature Dark Chocolate Cream Pie.

Be enrobed in chocolate

If you’d rather experience chocolate in a different way, make an appointment for The Spa At The Hotel Hershey. In honor of the town’s rich history, The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features a variety of chocolate services including a Whipped Cocoa Bath, Chocolate Fondue Wrap, Cocoa Massage and more. The Spa also features a Cuban collection, inspired by the sugar mills Milton Hershey owned in this Caribbean country. Grab lunch at The Oasis to extend your relaxation time.

Focus on your mind and body

The Hotel Hershey offers amenities so overnight guests can keep a sound mind and body, especially after indulging in chocolate! Facilities include an indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center with sauna facilities, paved nature trails (ranging from ¼ to 3 miles) and fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, low impact aerobics and aquatic aerobics.

Visit the Gardens

All overnight guests of The Hotel Hershey receive complimentary admission to Hershey Gardens, including the new year-round indoor tropical butterfly atrium housed in the impressive new Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory. Featuring 600 butterflies from around the world, the atrium is always a tropical, 80-degree climate…perfect for chilly winter days!
