Course Etiquette and Care
To help us maintain the excellent condition of our courses, all golfers are asked to follow HCC’s established etiquette and procedures:
- Observe a four-hour pace of play, whether walking or riding.
- Remember to fill your divots, fix ball marks and rake bunkers.
- Golfers must use cart paths and tunnels at all times and avoid designated no-driving zones.
Our golf carts also feature several amenities that make your golf round a bit easier and enjoyable, including:
- Touchscreen displays with geo-location to provide precise yardage to the center of the green. For exact measurements, you can also touch specific locations on the green.
- Easy connection for your device to the cart's Bluetooth system to enjoy music at a respectful volume.
- Access to a USB charging port so you can charge your phone as you play.
Dress Code Standards
Look your best by adhering to the HCC dress code. These rules apply whether you are on the courses, practice range or putting greens.
- Golf shirts with collars must be worn at all times on the courses.
- Women may wear sleeved or sleeveless shirts or dresses with collars, golf skirts, shorts or slacks.
- Hats must be worn with the bill facing forward and removed when entering the Clubhouse.
- Only golf-specific hoodies are allowed.
- Golf shoes and sneakers are required.
