Hershey, PA is known as the hometown of Hershey's Chocolate, and of course for the family-friendly Hersheypark Amusement Park. However, if you're looking for the perfect date with your "sweetie", look no further than The Sweetest Place On Earth! Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, or just enjoying a quick date night outing, Hershey, PA offers a variety of ideas to spark the romance. Here are my top six favorites!

Couples Treatments at MeltSpa or The Spa At The Hotel Hershey Chocolate Spa

Looking to unwind with your partner? Relax among a Lavender & Chamomile aroma in The Spa At The Hotel Hershey's couple massage room, or maybe indulge with a Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Sugar Scrub, followed by Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Body Wrap at MeltSpa? Both spas offer an array of treatments for you and your loved one.

Dinner and a Show at Hershey Theatre

Instead of the classic date night idea of a Dinner and Movie, why not attend one of the many productions featured at the area’s premier performing arts center, Hershey Theatre! From the finest touring Broadway shows and musicals to concerts from international recording artists to comedy shows and special film screening, there is something for everyone. Check out a few of their upcoming shows:

As for the dinner portion of your date night, Devon Seafood + Steak and Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar are within a short walking distance of the Theatre.

Chocolate Indulgence at Hershey's Chocolate World

What is a stop in Hershey, PA without experiencing the famous Hershey's Chocolate World? Jump on the Hershey's Chocolate Tour for delicious inspiration before heading over to Create Your Own Candy Bar! If your taste buds need a little more tantalizing, you can taste your way through the tale of Hershey’s Chocolate with Hershey's Unwrapped theatrical experience. You can purchase Hershey's Chocolate World attraction tickets online as bundles as a way to save!

Romantic Outing to Hershey Gardens

One of Hershey, PA's hidden gems, Hershey Gardens, treats guests to breathtaking views overlooking Hersheypark and is home to an assortment of flowers, shrubs, and trees on its beautiful grounds. Stroll through the gardens for quiet one on one time with your sweetheart, but don't forget to stop in the Butterfly Atrium! Featuring a tropical setting among colorful plants and soothing water features, the Atrium is home to dozens of rare butterflies from South and Central America, Africa and Asia.

Hershey Bears Hockey Game

While Hershey Gardens may be perfect for a quiet date, if "loud" is more your style, cheer on Hershey's AHL team, Hershey Bears at the Giant Center! Single game tickets are still available for home games through April 11, 2020. Check the schedule for Promo Games, that include perks such as the Star Wars theme night, "buy one Dietz & Watson Hot Dog, get one free" night, and of course the fan favorite, Hersheypark Pass Night, where all fans will receive a Hersheypark Pass, valid for one-day admission through July 31, 2020!

Behind the Scenes Tour at ZooAmerica

Now a Zoo might not be your typical idea of a Date Night. Though for the past 40 years, ZooAmerica has been a home for more than 200 animals native to North America. Spread across 11 acres of land by Hersheypark, ZooAmerica offers a variety of fun exciting programs, including their Behind The Scenes tours. While I had a wonderful Early Bird tour experience with my son, the After Hours tour is an option as well! How cool would it be to say you fed a bear on your date? Definitely a unique Date Night idea of a couple of animal lovers.
