MeltSpa by Hershey provides staff with hands-on training to ensure their team feels confident performing the many spa services offered. Team members can participate in service trainings with MeltSpa vendors, including brands such as Circadia and Jane Iredale, throughout the year and have the opportunity to try many of their products!
4. Flexible Scheduling
MeltSpa encourages our team members to cultivate a healthy work-life balance, and spa leadership assists in setting schedules that work for both guests and the spa team. Part-time team members work with leadership in setting the number of days and hours they want to work, request time off when needed, and pick up additional available shifts.
