5 Cool Ways to Beat the Heat At Hersheypark
It’s hot outside. Really hot. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy hours of fun at Hersheypark this summer. Here are some of our tips for how to stay cool and beat the heat while spending the day at Hersheypark.
The best way to keep your body cool is to drink water and lots of it. Each visitor is allowed to bring one unopened bottle of water into the park in their bag but there is a better way to stay hydrated. If you buy a Souvenir cup, you get free refills on water at any food and beverage location AND the handle makes it easy to attach to your backpack or stroller so you don’t have to carry it.
Go on some water rides.
Hersheypark has 9 unique water attractions in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark, plus the Coal Cracker and Tidal Force. Little kids can play in Sandcastle Cove or the Shoreline Sprayground. Families can relax on the Intercoastal Waterway or just wait at the bottom of the hill of Tidal Force for quick relief from the “Splash Zone.”.
