HERSHEYPARK JOBS AND INTERNSHIPS

The roller coasters may be quiet for the winter, but Hersheypark is gearing up for the 2023 season and now hiring. The Park is seeking team members for its attractions, lifeguard, food & beverage, games, retail, sanitation & utilities, and safety & security departments. Get a jump on your seasonal job search by participating in the first Hiring Event of the year on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023. Register to be interviewed at Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor, located at the main entrance to Hersheypark, between 4-7 p.m. Can’t make it? No problem! Submit an application online and a member of our Hiring Team can schedule a phone interview with eligible applicants. 

Looking for your first job? Hersheypark welcomes 14 and 15 year-old applicants. College students pursuing a career in the hospitality, amusement park, or culinary fields should explore our award-winning Hersheypark Leadership Development Internship Program. An internship with a purpose, participants live and work with other students from across the company, participate in the Leadership Academy, have the opportunity to earn college credit, and earn money for school. Full-time roles at Hersheypark are also available including senior games supervisor, electrician, food & beverage team supervisor and guest experience area manager. 

CORPORATE CAREERS

HE&R is also actively seeking team members to join our Corporate Services departments including finance, sales/marketing and human resources. From senior financial analyst and resort sales manager, to graphic designer, there are many full-time opportunities now available in The Sweetest Place On Earth. 

CULINARY OPPORTUNITIES

From savory items to chocolatey dessert creations, Hershey, PA is known for its culinary offerings, and we want to grow the team behind these tasty treats! Our culinary departments across our Resort properties, Downtown Restaurant Group, and Entertainment Complex are now hiring. The Hotel Hershey is seeking a pastry cook, general cook and a chef de cuisine at The Circular. Devon Seafood + Steak is seeking a line cook to join this popular downtown eatery. Join the Hershey Lodge team as a cook at Fire & Grain or a general cook for the Convention Services department.
