Must-see concerts and shows coming to Hershey, Pa.
Springtime means warmer weather, longer days, and at the Hershey Entertainment venues, it also means an exciting lineup of entertainment. A few highlights include the highly-anticipated and long-awaited The Beach Boys at Hershey Theatre and Elton John at GIANT Center. Both shows were postponed from their original dates in 2020 and will finally take place in April!

April 10, 2022: The Beach Boys
As The Beach Boys mark more than a half-century of making music, the group continues to ride the crest of a wave unequalled in America’s musical history. The Beach Boys – who have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and an American icon – are bringing their “Sixty Years of the Sounds of Summer” tour to fans around the world, including those in Hershey, Pa.
April 22, 2022: Whose Live Anyway?
“Whose Live Anyway?” is 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song all based on audience suggestions. Cast members Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis and Joel Murray will leave you gasping with the very witty scenes they invent before your eyes. Audience participation is key to the show so bring your suggestions and you might be asked to join the cast onstage! “Whose Live Anyway?” showcases some of the improv games made famous on the long-running TV show as well as some exciting new ones, featuring musical direction by Bob Derkach.
All ages are welcomed, but please note that some PG-13 language will be used during the performance.
May 3-8, 2022: Hairspray
You Can’t Stop the Beat! Hairspray, Broadway’s Tony Award-winning musical comedy phenomenon, is back on tour and headed to Hershey Theatre. Join 16-year-old Tracy Turnblad in 1960's Baltimore as she sets out to dance her way onto TV’s most popular show. Can a girl with big dreams (and even bigger hair) change the world?
Featuring the beloved score of hit songs including “Welcome to the 60’s,” “Good Morning Baltimore” and “You Can’t Stop the Beat,” Hairspray is “fresh, winning, and deliriously tuneful!” (The New York Times).
This all-new touring production will reunite Broadway’s award-winning creative team led by Director Jack O’Brien and Choreographer Jerry Mitchell to bring Hairspray to a new generation of theater audiences. Don’t miss this “exhilaratingly funny and warm-hearted musical comedy” (The New Yorker).
May 17, 2022: Theresa Caputo Live
Theresa Caputo, star of the hit TLC show, “Long Island Medium,” will share personal stories about her life and explain how her gift works. She will deliver healing messages to audience members and give people comfort knowing that their loved ones who passed are still with them, just in a different way. Theresa has been a practicing medium for over 20 years. She helps individuals find closure by delivering healing messages.
May 21, 2022: Chelsea Handler
Chelsea Handler is a comedian, television host, best-selling author and advocate whose humor and candor have established her as one of the most celebrated voices in entertainment and pop culture. In 2021, Handler embarked on the Vaccinated and Horny Tour, bringing her sensational stand-up set to over 40 cities across the nation.
May 31, 2022: Ray LaMontagne
LaMontagne and his trio hit the road this spring to perform the songs from his album “MONOVISION” live for the first time as well as hits from across his catalog. Produced by Live Nation, the 24-city tour kicks off on May 3 at The Masonic in San Francisco, making stops across the U.S. in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Oklahoma, Austin, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Hershey and more before wrapping up in Charleston on June 5.
June 14, 2022: The Masked Singer National Tour 2022
Get ready to unmask the craziness... The Masked Singer National Tour is coming to Hershey, Pa., in 2022, bringing the #1 show on television* to the next level on its first-ever North American tour!
Audiences can expect to see their favorite characters brought to life, as well as surprise celebrity guests, amazing new performances and a can’t-miss spectacular live show for an audience of all ages across the nation. The only question remains: Who’s behind the mask? See if you can guess before the end of the show!
April 13, 2022: Elton John
Elton John, the no. 1 top-performing solo male artist, announced 24 new concert dates to his sold-out Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. These new dates complete the second year of the North American leg of Elton’s three-year worldwide tour, counting 43 dates in 2020. The Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour will be making stops in new cities across North America, including Hershey, Pa.
April 15, 2022: Shinedown
The Revolution's Live Tour kicks off April 1, 2022, and 24 cities, including Hershey, Pa., will see the acclaimed quartet, hailed for their high-octane live shows. The new tour announcement comes on the heels of the recent RIAA gold certification of Shinedown’s 2018 record-breaking studio album “ATTENTION ATTENTION.” Special guests, The Pretty Reckless and Diamante, will join them on tour.
April 29, 2022: Stars on Ice
The 2022 Stars on Ice tour will showcase the top medalists including Olympic Gold Medalist Nathan Chen, Olympic Bronze Medalists Madison Hubbell & Zachary Donohue, Olympics Silver Medalists Madison Chock & Evan Bates, Karen Chen, Alexa Knierim & Brandon Frazier and Vincent Zhou, 2022 Olympic team members Jason Brown, Alysa Liu and Mariah Bell, and 2018 Olympic Bronze Medalist Mirai Nagasu!
June 3, 2022: Chris Tomlin + UNITED
Premier Productions announces multi-platinum selling, multi-award-winning artists Chris Tomlin and UNITED will co-headline their long-awaited 2022 “Tomlin UNITED” Tour. Anticipated to be the biggest Christian music concert of the year, the “Tomlin UNITED” Tour will welcome thousands of fans each night to worship together and experience songs that have shaped modern faith today. Joining them will be special guest Pat Barrett.
Hershey Theatre opened in September 1933. It has established itself as the area’s premier performing arts center, presenting the finest in touring Broadway shows, classical music and world-renowned entertainers.
GIANT Center hosts an impressive line-up of star-studded performances including concerts, professional ice shows and family events. It also serves as home to the Hershey Bears Hockey Club and various PIAA high school state championship events.
