Celebrate the holidays in The Sweetest Place On Earth

With the holiday activities winding down, there's no shortage of fun things to do in Hershey, Pa., over Christmas weekend and between Christmas and the start of the new year. See a Broadway show, visit Hersheypark for the last time of the season, unwind at the spa or catch a Hershey Bears game! Hersheypark Christmas Candylane  is still open

There’s still time to spend the holidays at Hersheypark Christmas Candylane, open daily through Jan. 2, 2022 (closed Christmas Day). 

Bundle up the family to experience 5 million lights, including a light show synchronized with holiday music; select rides and coasters (weather and maintenance permitting); Hershey character meet and greets; and sweet treats and savory eats

Plus all nine of Santa's reindeer will return to Hersheypark after a very busy Christmas. 2021 marks 25 years of Rudolph and his friends making a special stop at Christmas CandylaneHersheypark is the only place in the Northeast where guests can get an up-close look at all nine of Santa’s reindeer through Jan. 2, 2022. 

Broadway show "The Prom" at Hershey Theatre

Everyone's invited to the joyous Broadway hit coming to Hershey Theatre on Dec. 28-Jan. 2, 2022, for six fun-filled performances. "The Prom" is a new musical comedy about big Broadway stars on a mission to change the world and the love they discover that unites them all.

Per the tour, it is requested that all audience members wear face coverings at all times while in the building, regardless of vaccination status.

Hershey Sweet Lights  presented by T-Mobile  open nightly through Jan. 2, 2022

If you prefer to see the Christmas lights from the comfort of your car while listening to holiday music, plan a visit to Hershey Sweet Lights presented by T-Mobile. The drive-through attraction located down the road from Hersheypark is open nightly through Jan. 2, 2022; hours vary. 

Guests can enjoy two miles of fields and wooded trails decorated with nearly 600 illuminated, animated displays created from about 2 million LED lights. Many of the displays follow unique themes like The 12 Days of Christmas, Fairy Tales, a Victorian Village and Hersheypark rides. 

Pricing is per vehicle and varies per day. Guests are encouraged to buy online in advance of their visit as same-day ticket sales end each night at 5 p.m. Here's what to know before you go

North American wildlife at ZooAmerica

ZooAmerica is open daily from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (closed Christmas Day and open 12-4:30 p.m. on Jan. 1). It’s a great time to visit as many of the North American animals in the outdoor habitats become more active when the temperature drops. 

There are still a few sessions left for Wild Winter Adventure, a 3-hour program for children in grades K-5 to learn about the survival skills that North American animals use in the cold winter months. Participants will explore ZooAmerica, get up-close to certain animals with live encounters, help with animal enrichment activities, make a craft, enjoy a snack and go to see Santa’s reindeer inside Hersheypark. Sessions will be held on Dec. 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2021. Morning sessions will run 8:30-11:30 a.m. and afternoon sessions will run 1-4 p.m. All children must be pre-registered and prepaid to participate.

Seasonal relaxation at MeltSpa by Hershey  and The Spa At The Hotel Hershey

Unwind from the holiday whirlwind at our spas in Hershey - MeltSpa by Hershey day spa and The Spa At The Hotel Hershey resort spa. They offer relaxing treatments and packages to give a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the season.

  • MeltSpa by Hershey offers its Chocolate Candycane Collection through January. Treatments include a NEW Chocolate Candycane Massage and Facial, plus the seasonal body scrub, body wrap, immersion, manicure and pedicure.
  • The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features special treatments to relax through the season. Treatments include the Peppermint Hot Chocolate Immersion, Holiday Spice Massage, Peppermint Mocha Manicure and Peppermint Mocha Pedicure, available through early 2022. Additional winter-inspired packages are also highlighted.

Dine in Hershey's Chocolatetown

There’s no sweeter place to enjoy lunch, dinner, dessert or drinks this winter than in Hershey’s Chocolatetown. Enjoy a sit-down meal at The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio, open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (closed Christmas Day), or grab some sweets from Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor or The Sweeterie Confectionery KitchenTake a look at some of the special winter food offerings here.

Root for the Hershey Bears 

Join the Bears Nation at GIANT Center for some Hershey Bears hockey and get ready to chant "B-E-A-R-S BEARS, BEARS, BEARS, WOO!" with us. Tickets are on sale now for upcoming home games!
