Cheers to the season! Winter cocktails in Hershey, PA

Warm-up from the inside-out with new cocktails at The Circular, Fire & Grain and Devon Seafood + Steak.

'Tis the season to be jolly! Our cocktail-mixing elves at The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge and Devon Seafood + Steak have been busy in the workshop (aka - behind the bar) creating new seasonal libations for our adult guests to enjoy. Gather your friends and celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. 

The Circular  at The Hotel Hershey

Our favorite: Angel's Share Manhattan. Due to evaporation, about 5% of the spirit is lost each year; this loss is referred to as "The Angel's Share." The result is a bourbon with unprecedented smoothness, sweetness and balance. Adding a house-made ruby port syrup - with hints of vanilla, clove and orange - creates a cocktail worthy of envy.
